환불 정책
1. 일반 정책
저희는 고객의 만족을 중요하게 생각하며, 아래의 기준에 따라 환불을 처리하고 있습니다. 모든 결제는 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 이루어지며, Lemon Squeezy는 본 서비스의 공식 결제 대행사(merchant of record)입니다.
- 환불은 Lemon Squeezy 시스템을 통해 처리되며, **구매자가 사용한 원 결제 수단(카드 또는 PayPal)**으로 환급됩니다.
- 고객이 직접 결제 수단 회사에 이의제기(차지백)를 요청할 경우, 환불 절차가 지연되거나 추가 수수료가 발생할 수 있습니다.
2. 환불 가능 기준
상품별 환불 조건은 다음과 같습니다:

- 시스템 오류, 중복 결제 등 당사 책임에 의한 경우, 환불 요청 시점과 관계없이 전액 환불됩니다.
- 상품별 환불 가능 여부는 구매 후 사용 기록을 기반으로 판단됩니다.
3. 환불 요청 방법
- 환불 요청은 고객센터를 통해 접수해 주세요.
- 요청 시 아래 정보를 함께 제공해 주세요:
- 주문 번호 또는 결제 ID
- 결제에 사용한 이메일 주소
- 환불 요청 사유
4. 환불 처리 절차
- 환불 요청은 내부 검토를 거쳐 승인 또는 거절됩니다.
- 환불이 승인되면, 영업일 기준 7일 이내 환불 처리가 완료됩니다.
- 실제 입금 시점은 결제 수단(PayPal 또는 카드사)에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
5. 유의사항
- 환불이 승인되면 해당 상품(크레딧, 플랜 이용권 등)은 회수 또는 비활성화됩니다.
- 이벤트로 지급된 무상 크레딧은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
- 환불 조건을 충족하더라도 악의적인 사용 또는 반복 요청이 확인될 경우, 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

정책은 서비스 운영 및 관련 법령, 결제사(Lemon Squeezy) 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
Refund Policy
1. General Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and process refunds according to the policy below.
All payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, our official payment provider and merchant of record.
- Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method used (card or PayPal).
- If a chargeback is initiated with your payment provider, the refund process may be delayed and additional fees may apply.

- System errors or duplicate payments will be fully refunded regardless of usage or time.
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the payment record and usage history.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please contact our support team to request a refund.
Include the following information:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The email address used during purchase
- Reason for your refund request
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be reviewed and either approved or denied by our team.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- The exact time of deposit may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Additional Notes
- Once a refund is approved, the relevant product (e.g., credits or plan) will be revoked or deactivated.
- Event credits granted for free are not eligible for refunds.
- We may deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse or repeated refund activity.
